I would like to know...

...about the payment process and payment options?


Our current payment options include credit/debit card online via PayPal, via BPay or Bank Deposit. Payment in arrears will be by prior agreement only. Payment of the total price agreed between the Supplier and Customer shall be paid in 2 instalments of 50%. The first instalment is due from the Customer after a 3-day cooling off period during which no work will commence. The first 50% instalment becomes non-refundable once work has commenced after the 3-day cooling off period. The Customer has the right to waive the 3-day cooling off period to speed up processing in which case the first 50% instalment is due immediately.




...about the different design packages?


3D HOME IMPRESSIONS offers many different services for both individuals and businesses. I offer fixed-price packages as well as mix-n-match services where you can select which particular items you are after. My fixed-price packages for both Interior Design and House Plan Design are divided into BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM and ULTIMATE packages going up in price and offered products. All mix-n-match services will be quoted upon request.

This all depends on which services you require so this time frame can vary. Every project start with me sending you a questionnaire about your selected service. This is also the moment the 3-day cooling off period commences unless you decide to waive it for faster processing. If you decide to go ahead with my services, the first 50% instalment is due and work will commence on your project. I then also be able to give you a clearer idea of how long it will take to complete your order. Please also refer to further information on the "Services & Rates" pages.




...what to do if there is a problem with my project?


I always want to make sure my clients get the best care and service. If you have encountered a problem with any of the material you received please Contact Me immediately so I can rectify any hassles.




...how to cancel my project?


This excerpt from our "Standard Terms and Conditions for Supply of Services" is our Cancellation Policy. Please read this in conjunction with our full " Standard Terms and Conditions for Supply of Services". 3.2 The first 50% instalment becomes non-refundable once work has commenced after the 3-day cooling off period. 3.3 The Customer has the right to waive the 3-day cooling off period to speed up processing in which case the first 50% instalment is due immediately. 7. The Customer cannot cancel theserviceafter the3-day cooling off period or once the first instalment has been paid.
